Ok it explains it all. 1. Swearing is defined as saying bad words or vulgar languages. This includes posting it on the forums. It is also called Flaming.
2 Warning Points or 20%
2. Never start a Flame War. It is also called Flame Baiting. This means you exchange adjectives that hurts a person's will.
3 Warning Points or 30%
3. No Spamming. They are also off-topic posts. They are also considered as posting 3 or less words in your post. So its better to be on-topic.
1 Warning Points or 10%
4. Never Hack a user's account. This basically means people who are asking for passwords to gain authority of another account. Anyone who are caught hacking will be AUTOMATICALLY BANNED. In addition, you will be in a list of banned members as a result.
10 Warning Points or 100% Automatically Banned.
5. No Flooding. This means that do not try to Double Post, Triple Post and anything higher. This is against the rules. We will allow quoting.
4 Warning Points or 40%
6. No Trolling. This basically means posting on this board from BANNED MEMBERS that basically destroys the site etc. Members who tries to do this will be AUTOMATICALLY BANNED.
10 Warning Points or 100% Automatically Banned.
7. Never and do not type your ENTIRE POST in CAPITALS irregardless of the topic. It is perceived as flaming and shouting. In addition, never create a topic where the title is all in CAPITALS.
3 Warning Points or 30%
8. Do not Advertise. Do not advertise about "Free PSP", "RuneScape Power-leveling" etc. We also do not allow it on signatures[/url] and avatars as well as forum posts. This is to prevent anyone who clicks the link for misleading them onto a [color=red]virus or a major failure of the game. Anything not mentioned is fine to forum posts or be put in signatures.
5 Warning Points or 20%
9. No more than 10 smileys are allowed for each post. And no more than 3 smileys in a row for each post. This is also called spamming. In addition, these do not counts as posts. They are just smileys
3 Warning Points or 30%
10. No discussing, posting or uploading images that contain pornographic materials.. This is self-explanatory. If you got caught doing this "illegal" activity, your topic ( if you have ) will get closed without warning. Consider this as a warning.
8 Warning Points or 80%
11. Never mini-mod a forum. If you dont mod the forum, do not advice the violator to correct the problem. Call a staff member like a Moderator or an Administrator. They will solve it.
5 Warning Points or 50%
12. Do not make a second account to talk to yourself and mess about the forums. If you were caught doing this, your worst account will get banned as you can keep your best account. This is a major offense.
10 Warning Points or 100% Automatically Banned.
13. Inappropriate usernames is not also allowed. Never have a username that contains vulgar languages or any profanity as this will result in an immediate ban.

14. Do not exchange accounts even if you are friends or just related to each other. This is similar to rule number 12. If you introduce yourself as someone else, in your "friend's" account, you risk both of you getting banned.
7 Warning Points or 70%
15. Never rip or take someone's work without their permission. This applies on the Graphics Section. You should always ask permission first before taking it and using it as your avatar, signatures etc.
4 Warning Points or 40%
16. Never bump a topic that is a month old or up. That topic is already dead and it should not be bumped.
2 Warning Points or 20%
17. Follow the Golden Rule. This applies to all above rules. Meaning don't do that to a member if you do not want the member to do it unto you. Similar to the "Flamebaiting" rule or the "Flame War" rule.
